The West Chester Area School District, Chester County, Pennsylvania, solicits sealed bids for the J.R. Fugett Middle School in West Chester, PA for Proposal No. 26-C089 Roof Refurbishment. Sealed bids for the Roof Refurbishment Project at the J.R. Fugett Middle School will be received online via the PennBid Program website by the West Chester School District. All bids must be accompanied by a Non-Collusion Affidavit and a Contractor's Qualification Statement, and must remain valid for sixty (60) days after the bid opening date. Bids must include a certified check or bid bond with a corporate surety authorized to do business in Pennsylvania in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid amount, made payable to the West Chester Area School District. The successful bidder will be required to furnish Performance and Payment Bonds in amounts equal to 100% of the contract price. All Bidding documents are available online at no cost. Bidders are required to direct all questions through the PennBid solicitation website. There will be a mandatory pre-bid meeting at the J.R. Fugett Middle School. This project is subject to prevailing wage.
