The work includes program and project management, network and transmission engineering, site surveys, installation of antenna systems, waveguide, and indoor radio equipment, as well as system integration, alignment, and testing. Contractors will be responsible for frequency coordination, FCC licensing support, cutover activities during business hours, and quality assurance documentation.
