Site work and paving for a road / highway in Peru, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade road / highway.
Sealed Bids will be received by Peru Township for “N. 28th Shoulder Widening” and is further described as follows: HMA Shoulders, 4” (530 SY), Shoulder Rumble Strips (1,590 LF), HMA Driveway Entrances (184 SY) and various other related items. Bids shall be submitted no later than 9:00 a.m. at the office of Peru Township, 1009 Peoria Street, Peru, IL 61354. Bid Documents are available at the Peru Township Building, 1009 Peoria Street, Peru, IL 61354 at the non-refundable cost of $25.00 per set or by contacting Peru Township for electronic (pdf) copies. Bidders are advised that this Contract will be subject to the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act. IDOT pre-qualification is required. Bids may be held by Peru Township for a period not to exceed 60 days from the date of the opening of Bids for the purpose of reviewing the Bids and investigating the qualifications of Bidders, prior to awarding of the Contract. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Bids and to waive any informalities in the bidding.
