SEALED PROPOSALS are requested for Auditorium HVAC Upgrades at John F. Kennedy High School, Contract M-Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning. Bids must be made using the standard proposal form and in accordance with the provided specifications, enclosed in a sealed envelope marked with the job and bidder's information, and addressed as instructed. Each bid must include a certified check or bid bond made payable to Plainview-Old Bethpage Central School District for five percent (5%) of the total bid as a commitment to perform the work if awarded. Bidders must also provide certification of the bonding company. The contract will be awarded to the lowest qualified bidder providing the required security and meeting experience, technical, and budget requirements. The Board reserves the right to reject any/all bids, waive informality, and accept the bid deemed in the best interests of the School District. Pre-bid walk-through is recommended but not mandatory.
