Bidders are responsible for making all appropriate measurements. 2. Some existing drywall will need to be cut and removed to install new drywall. 3. Ensure drywall panels are properly cut, fitted, and fastened to framing members in accordance with manufacturer's recommendations. 4. Provide and install all materials necessary to properly cover and finish all joints, seams, corners, and fastener heads, including joint tape, joint compound, corner bead, and any other finishing materials required for a smooth, paint-ready surface. 5. Apply joint treatment in multiple coats as required to achieve a uniform surface free of visible seams, ridges, or imperfections. 6. Sand and prepare surfaces for final inspection and painting. 7. No painting is needed. 8. The drywall material is to be substantially similar to the existing drywall material while also being moisture-resistant. 9. All materials shall be new and of commercial quality suitable for their intended use. 10.Joint compound and tape shall be compatible with the drywall type and meet ASTM standards for joint treatment materials. 11.All work shall be performed in a neat and workmanlike manner, consistent with the highest standards of the drywall trade. 12.Contractor shall maintain clean work areas and remove debris upon completion. 13.All proposals are required to be valid for at least 90 days. 14.Bidders must provide contact information for any subcontractors to be used on this project. 15.Any deviation from these specifications must by clearly detailed in a bidder's proposal. 16.Contractor must supply all personnel, equipment, supplies, insurance and materials to complete requirements of specifications.
