Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Oak Creek, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

As of December 30, 2025, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. The project contemplated consists of removal of approximately 24,550 square feet of existing asphalt pavement, removal of approximately 630 lineal feet of existing curb and gutter, fine grading and reshaping of existing base course, supplementing the existing base course with newly placed and compacted crushed aggregate base course where needed, installation of new concrete curb and gutter, and installation of hot mix asphalt (HMA) pavement as shown on the Plans. The purpose of the site tour is to familiarize attendees with the project site.
