Site work for a mixed-use development in Oak Creek, Wisconsin. Conceptual plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and water / sewer project.

The City of Oak Creek is seeking proposals from qualified consulting firms to provide professional engineering, landscape architecture, and design services related to bluff slope stabilization and phased park development along the Lake Michigan shoreline. The selected firm will be responsible for services including, but not limited to, site investigation, preliminary and final design, permitting, cost estimating, construction plans and specifications, bid-phase assistance, and construction administration support.
