Demolition and site work for a civil project in Oak Creek, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the demolition of a water / sewer project.
The project consists of the removal and proper disposal of the failed sulfuric acid storage tank located at the South Shore Water Reclamation Facility, Building 360. The scope of work includes: removal of all excess liquid from both the containment tank, floor sump, and sulfuric acid piping; cleaning of all adjacent surfaces and all associated piping to ensure complete removal of solids and any sulfuric acid residues; proper removal and disposal of the sulfuric acid storage tank; and grating removal/replacement and installation of new support beams where grating is damaged. Bids shall be submitted online at the provided website, where the contract documents may also be viewed and downloaded by registering. Question Deadline 12/12/2025 All questions related to this proposed Contract, pre-bid meeting, site tour (if offered), or interested Bidders list must be directed in writing to Millie Neidhardt, Owner's Senior Procurement Specialist, at eneidhardt@mmsd.com.no later than 3 days before the Bid opening date. Questions received after this deadline or directed to other contacts at the District will not be recognized. A pre-bid presentation will be posted to Quest no later than November 19, 2025. All Bidders interested in this Contract are encouraged review this presentation.
