This RFLOI is to solicit responses (LETTERS of INTEREST, or LOIs) from qualified firms to provide professional consulting services to: Complete all surveying, planning, and design required to submit a complete set of Plans, Specifications, and Estimate (PS&E) package to construct improvements for the Helms Rd extension from Waxhaw-Marvin Rd to NC 16. Project will tie-in to P-5748 project on western limits and upgrade existing Waxhaw Parkway to NC 16.
