Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Foxburg, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade playground / park / athletic field.
Qualified contractors are invited to submit sealed proposals for the installation of a 4-foot-high chain link fence surrounding the high school football field. The fence must be constructed of galvanized steel, with standard schedule 40 galvanized steel line posts spaced as required and terminal posts with appropriate bracing. The project includes two double swinging vehicle gates (minimum 12 feet wide each), one single swing gate (6 feet wide), and four pedestrian gates (minimum 4 feet wide each). The installation requires a continuous galvanized top rail and bottom tension wire. The entire football field perimeter (approximately 1,124 feet) is to be enclosed. Contractors are responsible for all site preparation, including surveying, excavation, installation of footers, and restoration of all disturbed areas through grading and seeding. All work must comply with OSHA standards, ADA access requirements for gates, and local building codes, and must include a minimum one-year warranty on both labor and materials.
