Prospective Bidders are invited to submit their sealed Bid for the Black River Landing Amphitheater Audio and Video located. Single vendor to provide and maintain all audio & video equipment with the Lorain Port & Finance Authority on a three-year contract. Event types will vary from small to large size acts. The Contractor shall supply all labor, equipment, supplies, materials and tools necessary to provide complete and satisfactory maintenance services at a consistently superior level, as detailed in the specifications. All work shall be performed in a professional manner to provide a neat, clean, well- groomed appearance. Contractor will provide detailed weekly reports highlighting the work completed to the Port Authority authorize representative. Expectations: o Company will manage all events at Black River Landing. o Company will have setup complete no later then May 1 of each year, with the capabilities of contracting for events at any time from May 1 to November 1. Setup will include all conduit wiring and rigging that will remain during the season. Additional setup of equipment is expected based upon event needs and day of setup. o Company will have removal complete no later than November 15 of each year. o Company will keep equipment in good working order and is expected to replace any leased equipment when necessary in a timeline fashion as to not interrupt events happening at Black River Landing. Company agrees to keep equipment in a clean and orderly manner while at Black River Landing. o Company will handing the setup, removal and storage of all equipment that is setup for events day of. Company will also handle the setup, removal and storage or all equipment from November 15 to May 1. o Company agrees that experienced personnel will be provided to operate events with the understanding that some events will require different experience levels depending on the type or size of event. The right is reserved by the Lorain Port and Finance.
