Renovation of a swimming pool in Bridgman, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a swimming pool.
Project No. R25-5170.000 Sealed proposals are invited for the Bridgman Aquatic Center - Renovation and Ventilation Upgrades project. Acceptable bids must be sealed, plainly marked on the outside of the envelope, and submitted to Bridgman Public Schools at the specified address. Bids must be received by the stated deadline, and late submissions will not be considered. Proposals must include proper signatures and be submitted in the required format. Faxed and digital bids are not acceptable. The owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and may award contracts for individual items as advantageous. Attendance at the pre-bid meeting is recommended to understand general building conditions and the scope of work.
