Liquid Chlorine shall be not less than 99.5 percent pure by volume, in accordance with (AWWA) Specifications B301-24 or latest revision of the standard. New lead washers shall be provided with each cylinder. The Vendor shall provide ECUA with documentation of current NSF/ANSI 60 certification as well as copies of Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and Product Fact Sheets for the Liquid Chlorine. This information shall be submitted with the bid. It is anticipated that the Emerald Coast Utilities Authority will require an estimated 650, 150-pound cylinders per year and shall receive shipments as required on an as needed basis throughout the year. ECUA reserves the right to increase or decrease the estimated quantities as needed during the contract period. ECUA reserves the right to order a quantity that may be required during the contract period, but does not guarantee any minimum or maximum to be ordered during the period specified.
