The work to be performed under this contract includes the following: Base Bid - The removal of two existing bleacher seating units and the installation of new ADA accessible, metal bleacher systems. Construction of ADA compliant, paved HMA walkways. Reconstruction of existing concrete sidewalk pavement. New ADA parking and curb ramps associated with sidewalk. ADA Ramps, Parking Spaces, Signing and Striping . 141 LF 9"x14" Concrete Vertical Curb . 100 LF 9"x18" Concrete Vertical Curb . 130 SY Concrete Sidewalk, 4" Thick . 215 SY Hot Mix Asphalt Sidewalk, 7" Thick . 2 Units 8-Row ADA Accessible Bleacher The work contemplated under this Contract shall be completed by 40 days . Each bid must be made upon the prescribed forms, furnished with the Contract Drawings and Specifications, including the non-collusion affidavit and ownership statement compliance form and must be accompanied by a Consent of Surety and a certified check, cashier's check, or Bid Bond of not less than ten (10%) percent of the amount bid and, not to exceed $20,000.00. The successful bidder shall furnish and deliver to the Owner a performance and payment bond in the amount of 100 percent of the accepted bid amount as security for the faithful performance and payment of the Contract. Each bid must be enclosed in a sealed envelope bearing the name and address of the bidder, addressed to the Owner and labeled for the WAGARAW FIELD 1 BLEACHERS IMPROVEMENTS. The successful bidder will be required to comply with all provisions of prevailing wage rates as determined by the New Jersey Department of Labor.
