The work consists of providing all labor, equipment, and material necessary to complete emergency water and/or sewer repairs and the restoration of Ship Bottom Borough's conveyance system and public facilities. Bidders must purchase official Contract Specification Documents, submit bids by mail or in person prior to the opening, include a bid bond equal to ten percent (10%) of the bid (not exceeding $20,000), and, if awarded, furnish a performance bond for the total bid amount within ten days of acceptance. Certificates of Insurance are also required. The Borough reserves the right to reject any or all bids and will make awards to the lowest responsible bidder based on the lowest total bid amount. No downloaded documents will be accepted for bid submission.
