The Project consists of work at two areas. The work at Eagle Park, located at 1075 Emily Avenue, Rohnert Park includes replacement of one electrical switchgear cabinet and concrete pad. The work at Magnolia Park, located at 1401 Middlebrook Way, Rohnert Park, includes the replacement of two electrical switchgear cabinets including furnishing and installing (2) new electrical enclosures, and removing and reinstalling the adjacent existing irrigation controllers with new enclosures. Question Deadline 11/07/2025 at 4:00 PM PT Submit requests for information (RFIs) by, to the Department of Public Works at PWProjects@rpcity.org and/or LLuchini@rpcity.org. The Contractor must begin work within fifteen (15) calendar days after official notice by the City Engineer to proceed with the work and must diligently prosecute the same to completion within Two Hundred and Forty (240) working days of that Notice. Contractor shall first complete work at Magnolia Park and second complete work at Eagle Park, unless otherwise directed by the City Engineer. Per California Civil Code Section 9550, a payment bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the bid total will be required from the successful bidder for bids exceeding twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000). A performance bond will also be required for bids exceeding twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000). The bond(s) must be provided within ten (10) calendar days from notice of award and prior to the performance of any work. The City reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to reject any or all bids, to re-bid, or to waive inconsequential defects in bidding not involving time, price or quality of the work. The City may reject any and all bids and waive any minor irregularity in the bids.
