The work includes construction management and inspection services for the Citys 2025 Pavement Maintenance Project, which generally consists of grinding, paving, crack seals, cape seals, slurry seals, striping various streets, and pedestrian curb ramp replacements throughout various streets within the City of Rohnert Park. Required services include: providing a senior-level full-time on-site inspector, a part-time construction manager, and a construction support team; contract administration, construction management, field inspection, daily documentation of construction activities, geotechnical observation, material testing, and special inspection services; reviewing and approving temporary traffic control plans; coordinating with City staff; issuing public notices for no parking areas and road closures; and performing all construction management tasks from pre-construction through post-construction. The consultant must also review and approve contractor submittals, RFIs, traffic control and safety plans, maintain project files, perform detailed site observations, prepare inspection and status reports, track and process contract change orders, ensure public communications and notifications, coordinate with utility companies and other agencies, and turn over all project documents and as-built drawings at project completion. Proposals should include a cover letter, relevant experience, key personnel, a detailed scope of work, and a separate fee proposal by task. Pricing must be valid for 120 days. Evaluation will be based on consultants experience, personnel, and proposal soundness. The City reserves the right to modify the scope or reject any and all proposals.
