The project consists of slope stabilization, roadway grading, and constructing rip rap embankment. All work must be carried out according to the Standard Specification for State Aid Road and Bridge Construction of the Mississippi Department of Transportation and the Federal Highway Administration. The entire project must be completed within 30 calendar days. Liquidated damages of $200 per consecutive calendar day will be assessed for work extending past the approved completion date. Bidders must be qualified under Mississippi Law and have a Certificate of Responsibility issued by the Mississippi State Board of Public Contractors.
