Description

Renovation of an educational facility in Benton, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade educational facility.

Benton Area School District is seeking sealed bids from qualified contractors for the removal of two existing commercial hot water heaters and the installation of four new one hundred and fifty (150) gallon high-efficiency commercial-grade water heaters with higher recovery rates and flow capacity at Benton Area High School. Proposals must be received at the District Office. The Benton Area School District reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in part or whole. 1. Safely disconnect, drain, and remove the existing commercial water heater and all related piping, controls, and accessories. 2. Remove and dispose of debris off-site in accordance with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations. 3. Secure all utilities and isolate affected piping systems prior to installation.
