Renovation of a municipal facility in Benton, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The scope of the project includes removing the existing membrane roof and insulation panels, installing new insulation panels, installing a new membrane roof, and installing new metal edging for the roof, as well as installing downspouts and gutters. Metal decking shall be replaced if necessary or sandblast and repainted. When bidding, amount bid should be in dollars and cents no fractions of a cent will be accepted.
