Site work and new construction of a transportation facility in Salt Lake City, Utah. Completed plans call for the construction of a one-story above grade transportation facility.
The State of Utah - Division of Facilities Construction and Management (Dfcm) is soliciting qualified firms or individuals to perform complete design services for a new multi-agency Aeronautics Facility. The selection committee will develop a short list of consultants based on information provided in the proposals. Only those short-listed consultants will be invited to interview. Consultants may participate individually or as teams (alliances), but one must be declared as the lead consultant who represents the team and will be the only party contracted by the state if selected. The lead consultant must be licensed in Utah and ensure all subconsultants comply with state license laws. A mandatory meeting will be held as specified in the solicitation schedule. All prime consultants must attend and sign in; those not in attendance are ineligible to propose. Subconsultants and suppliers may attend, but attendance is not mandatory. The meeting will include a presentation about the project and the overall scope, and an opportunity for questions and clarifications about the project and procurement process. All project-related requests for information, clarifications, and questions must be submitted through the U3p - Bonfire Website by the deadline listed in the solicitation schedule. Responses and any addenda will also be posted there, and changes or additional requirements will be incorporated into consultant proposals. All proposals must be submitted through the U3p - Bonfire Website before the specified deadline. Late proposals will not be accepted, and it is the sole responsibility of the consultant to ensure successful submission before the deadline. Technical questions regarding the submission platform should be directed to U3padmin@utah.gov. Consultants wishing to claim parts of their proposal as a trade secret, protected commercial information, or non-individual financial information must submit the required information as described in the proposal requirements.
