Site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in Cynthiana, Indiana. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade water / sewer project; and one-story above grade water / sewer project.
The project consists of a connection and piping with a link to the existing German Town connection, including all appurtenances. Construction of a new chemical feed and control building, installation of a chain link fence and gravel drive are included. A metering system with antenna support will be replaced in the system along with a new 100-amp electrical service and control panel at the Waterworks site. Additional related work comprises the installation of a new mixer and a segment of 1-inch pipe. Plans and specifications for the proposed work are available for examination prior to purchase at specified locations or for digital download from the designated construction project platform. Only bids from parties who are registered as Plan Holders of Record by obtaining documents through the proper process will be accepted. Bids received after the time specified will be returned unopened and may be rejected if not adhering to Plan Holder requirements.
