The project is titled RENEW - MB CVRI Conference Room. The following contractors have been prequalified to bid on this project and the University will ONLY receive bids from the following: General Contractors Buhler Commercial City Building Guzman Construction MAI Construction Marvin Collins Construction MFS Construction Wickman Development A mandatory Pre-Bid Conference and mandatory Pre-Bid Job Walk will be conducted. Only bidders who participate in both the Conference and the Job Walk in their entirety will be allowed to bid on the Project as prime contractors. Pre-qualification requirements: Only the listed general contractors are eligible to bid. Participation in both the mandatory Pre-Bid Conference and mandatory Pre-Bid Job Walk is required to be eligible to submit a bid.
