The project consists of all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary to perform sanitary and storm sewer line scoping and delivery of a conditions report to the District in preparation for a future modernization project. Locations for scoping are included in Exhibit A. Bids must be submitted electronically using the provided form and by the specified deadline. The Bidder is required to be registered as a public works contractor with the Department of Industrial Relations and possess a Class B State of California Contractor’s license. The license(s) must remain active and in good standing throughout the contract term. For bids over $25,000, the successful Bidder must furnish a 100% Performance Bond and a 100% Payment Bond. The successful Bidder may substitute securities for any monies withheld by the District to ensure contract performance. The Bidder and all subcontractors must comply with prevailing wage and labor regulations as determined by the Department of Industrial Relations, and adhere to federal, state, and local public health requirements, including COVID-19 protocols if required. All bid submissions must be timely, and late bids will be deemed nonresponsive and returned.
