Renovation of a medical facility in San Francisco, California. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a 800-square-foot, one-story above grade medical facility.
The University of California San Francisco (UCSF) Real Estate is seeking responses to a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for Architectural/Engineering (A/E) Services for the Parnassus Ambulatory Care Center (ACC) B1 POSC Scope Reprocessing Center project. The selected firm will provide all necessary professional services described under the project scope and must sign the appropriate Executive Design Professional Agreement (EDPA) or the EDPA for CM at Risk delivery as written by the University. The project involves constructing a modern, state-of-the-art scope reprocessing center at the new clinic location in ACC, to handle all current outpatient Gastrointestinal (GI) Endoscopy activity at Parnassus and to support an anticipated increase due to the relocation. The facility will be approximately 800 square feet in Level B1 of the Ambulatory Care Center building at 400 Parnassus Avenue, San Francisco, California, adjacent to the Endoscopy Operating Room area. Estimated construction costs are between $700,000 and $850,000. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
