Renovation of a detention facility in Alexandria, Louisiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade detention facility.
Sealed bids will be received for a 50 Ton Chilled Water Central Station Air Handler for DC2 Corrections. Contract will be awarded to the lowest, most qualified bidder who bids according to specifications, with the right reserved to reject any and all bids. Full information and specifications may be obtained at the specified address. All vendors submitting bid packages must attend the entire mandatory pre-bid conference/walk through at the installation site. Preference is given to materials, supplies, and provisions produced, manufactured, or grown in Louisiana, quality being equal to those offered by competitors outside of the State.
