Site work and new construction of a detention facility in Alexandria, Louisiana. Completed plans call for the construction of a 56-bed detention facility; and for site work for a detention facility.
Qualifications Statements from qualified and licensed general contractors to provide comprehensive pre-construction and construction management at-risk services for the construction of the Central Louisiana Juvenile Detention District Center (56-bed facility Interested firms must maintain a current contractor license with the Louisiana State Licensing Board for Contractors for the major classification of Building Construction and certify that they are licensed contractors under Chapter 24 of Title 37 of the Louisiana Revised Statutes. All small and minority-owned firms and womens business enterprises are encouraged to submit Qualifications Statements. Interested firms must maintain a current contractor license with the Louisiana State Licensing Board for Contractors for the major classification of Building Construction and certify that they are licensed contractors under Chapter 24 of Title 37 of the Louisiana Revised Statutes.
