Description

Site work and new construction of a power facility in Corbin City, New Jersey. Working plans call for the construction of a power facility; and for site work for a power facility.

Sealed proposals are requested for a renewable energy generating facility to be installed on township-owned lands at Block 545, Lots 26, 27 and 28 in Upper Township, Cape May County, New Jersey. Proposals must be made using standard forms specified, and delivered in a sealed envelope labeled with the vendor's name and address, and marked "PROPOSAL FOR RENEWABLE ENERGY GENERATING FACILITY ON TOWNSHIP-OWNED LANDS." Proposals must comply with all applicable Federal, State, and local laws and requirements, such as the Local Public Contracts Law, Statement of Ownership Disclosure, Affirmative Action, Business Registration, as well as the Office of Clean Energy and New Jersey Board of Public Utilities requirements. Proposals must fully abide by all requirements outlined in the request for proposals and will become part of any resulting contract. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
