The City of Fernandina Beach, Florida is accepting competitive sealed bids for IRRIGATION CONTROL SYSTEM FOR GOLF COURSE, at the City of Fernandina Beach Golf Course, located at 2800 Bill Melton Road in Fernandina Beach, Florida. The bid shall be submitted on the specified Contact Sheet/Bid Pricing Form, hereto attached as "Exhibit A". The person signing the Bid Response Form shall have the authority to bind the submitter to the Bid. All information on the Bid form shall be provided, or the Bid may not be accepted. The City of Fernandina Beach is seeking bids for the purchase and delivery of irrigation system equipment only. Installation services are not included in this scope and will be provided by a separate contractor under a different agreement. 1. General Description Provide all irrigation control equipment necessary to support the City's existing and future irrigation system, including but not limited to central control components, field controllers, communication hardware, and associated accessories. 2. Equipment Requirements The vendor shall furnish new, unused irrigation equipment manufactured by Rain Bird, Hunter, or Toro, or approved equal, including but not limited to: Central control system and required software licenses. Field controllers/satellites. Communication hardware and accessories (including antennas, if required). All mounting hardware, cables, and related components necessary for a complete system. The vendor shall provide manufacturer warranties for all equipment and identify available technical support resources.
