Description

Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Tilton, Newfoundland. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

This is the first phase (Phase 1) of a two-phase competition: the first phase will evaluate the qualifications of all bidders; the second phase (Phase 2) will invite the qualified bidders to provide a financial bid on the project based on the specifications and drawings. Upon award of contract in Phase Two the pre-qualification list will be terminated, no additional contracts will be awarded The project involves the provision of a new septic holding tank and artesian well, including all associated service piping, trenching, and site grading work to supply water and sewer services. The work covered under this contract consists of the furnishing of all plant, labour, equipment and material for these services at the existing warehouse facility at Tilton Barrens, Newfoundland and Labrador.
