Furnishing all labor and materials, and performing all work required for Emergency On-Call Contractor Services Annual Contract for the Water/Wastewater Department. The scope includes providing labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals as needed for emergency on-call contractor services. Instructions to bidders include: All bids must be on blank bid forms provided in the Bid Documents and enclosed in a sealed, opaque envelope, clearly identified on the outside as a "Sealed Bid" with Item Name, Bid Number, City of Fairhope's Name and Address, and CONTRACTOR's Name and Address. Each bid must be in a separate envelope. Bids made out in pencil will not be accepted. Failure to observe these instructions will constitute grounds for rejection. Contractors must be properly qualified according to applicable Alabama laws, provide evidence of current license where required, and, if awarded and non-resident, show evidence of qualification to do business in Alabama. Contractor must have or purchase a current business license with the City of Fairhope before performing work. No bids may be withdrawn for thirty days after proposal opening without consent of the City. The Question Deadline has been postponed until Friday, December 5, 2025 at 11:00 a.m.
