Camp Butner Training Center - Transient Unit Headquarters Building 1 This project will construct a new Transient Unit Headquarters Building. Facility will be up to 5,200 sq ft utilized to provide companies, batteries, and troops space to perform daily administrative and supply activities. The building will include administrative space, latrines, storage, and operations areas. The building system components include electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and telecommunications. Site work includes sidewalks to be ADA compliant and modification/relocation of other infrastructure such as vehicle parking areas, drainage ditches, and utilities above/below grade as required.
