Site work and renovation of a municipal facility in Waupaca, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
The work (furnish and installation of signage throughout the building) will be in two phases. Phase 1 installation approximately May, 2026 and Phase 2 installation approximately March, 2027. There will be several sub-phases required within each phase by floor (LL-3 rd). No Performance and Payment Bond required. All contract documents may be requested through email at info@dimensionivmadison.com with "Waupaca County Courthouse Renovations Signage" in the subject line. No pre-bid meeting will be held. Optional tour of facilities (bring your PPE) can be arranged through the CM; if desired, contact Ben Fischer ben.fischer@miron-construction.com Each bidder must submit a bid security in the form of a Company check or Bid Bond, payable to the County of Waupaca, in the amount of five percent (5%) of the maximum amount of the Bid, as set forth in Wis. Stats 66.0901 and 62.15. No Bid may be withdrawn until 60 days after the time stated for receipt of Bids. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids, waive any informalities in bidding or to accept the bid or bids which best serves the interests of the County.
