Courtroom Finish Upgrades The Work consists of the following project and includes, but is not limited to, the scope listed: 1. BCA Project #2439: a. Remove flooring. Provide carpet tile/vinyl base. b. Patch, prep and paint walls and trims. c. Paint ceiling and associated diffusers. d. Paint judge's benches and audience benches. e. Provide solid surface cover on accent walls. f. Provide plastic laminate cover over judge's bench work surfaces. g. Other miscellaneous work as shown or required by the Construction Documents Project Description: Refreshing finishes in two Courtrooms and associated Judge's Chambers located on the fourth floor of the La Salle County Downtown Courthouse, 119 West Madison Street, Ottawa, IL 61350. The work consists of flooring/base replacement, painting, resurfacing of plastic laminate countertops and some accent wall treatment. Contract Type: Single prime lump sum contract Prospective bidders and sub-bidders requiring clarifications or interpretations of the Bidding Documents shall make requests for such as early in the bidding period as possible. Last day for questions will be Friday, November 14, 2025 (12:00 P.M. local time). C. Required interpretations, clarifications, corrections or modifications of the Bidding Documents will be made by Addendum.
