Site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in Ottawa, Illinois. Completed plans call for the construction of a one-story above grade water / sewer project.
Construction of a new wastewater treatment plant consisting of preliminary, secondary biological nutrients removal, tertiary filtration, disinfection, and sludge treatment facilities, and site improvements. Sealed bids for the construction of the Project will be received at City Hall located at 301 West Madison Street, Ottawa, Illinois 61350, until January 13, 2026, Tuesday, at 11:00 am local time. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. A pre-bid conference for the Project will be held on December 11, 2025, Thursday, at 11:00 am at City Hall located at 301 West Madison Street, Ottawa, Illinois 61350. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is encouraged but not required. Question Deadline 01/06/2026 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Narendra Patel, PE, PMP, Senior Project Manager, via email npatel@fehrgraham.com. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
