Scope of work includes restoring and replacing as required the exterior façade of Poucher Hall. This includes, but is not limited to, repointing masonry, repairing masonry, and cleaning and patching existing limestone panels. Prior to submitting a bid, vendors must be registered with the New York State Department of Labor and must submit their certificate of registration at the time the bid is made. additional doc acq note: Documents may be examined electronically free of charge online locations, or at the physical address of Plan and Print Systems, Inc., 6160 Eastern Avenue, Syracuse, NY 13211. Requestors are responsible for shipping charges. All plan holders who receive the Contract Documents from Plan and Print Systems will receive Addenda notification by e-mail. Bids must be submitted electronically in accordance with the instructions contained in the Information for Bidders. The original bid package is to be mailed to the campus after the electronic version is submitted. Security will be required for each bid in an amount not less than five percent of the total bid. It is the policy of the State of New York and the State University of New York to encourage minority and women-owned business enterprise participation in this project by contractors, subcontractors and suppliers, and all bidders are expected to cooperate in implementing this policy.
