Renovation of a multi-residential development in Oswego, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade multi-residential development.

**As of January 30th, 2026, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** The scope includes repair and replacement of first floor wood framing within the existing residence. Limited asbestos abatement will be required to access framing for repair as shown in the drawings and specifications. Prior to submitting a bid vendors must be registered with the New York State Department of Labor. Vendors must submit their certificate of registration at the time the bid is made. Bids must be submitted electronically in accordance with the instructions contained in the Information for Bidders. The original bid package is to be mailed to the campus after the electronic version is submitted. Security will be required for each bid in an amount not less than five (5) percent of the Total Bid. It is the policy of the State of New York and the State University of New York to encourage minority and women-owned business enterprise participation in this project by contractors, subcontractors and suppliers, and all bidders are expected to cooperate in implementing this policy. The Campus MWBE Goals are 17% Minority and 13% Women. The Campus SDVOB goals are 6%.
