Site work and renovation of an educational facility in Oswego, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade educational facility.

The work includes site demolition, earthwork, removal of spoils, installation of reinforced concrete walls with stone veneers, stair, railings, concrete sidewalks, plantings, lawn seeding and various other appurtenances to provide a completed renovation as described in the Contract Documents. Prior to submitting a bid, vendors must be registered with the New York State Department of Labor. Vendors must submit their certificate of registration at the time the bid is made. A non-mandatory walkthrough has been scheduled to fully understand the parameters and constraints which affect the preparation of the bid. Contractors should submit all questions no later than five (5) business days after the virtual Q&A. All questions are to be submitted in writing and can be e-mailed to the designated staff. Bids must be submitted electronically in accordance with the instructions contained in the Information for Bidders. The original bid package is to be mailed to the campus after the electronic version is submitted. Security will be required for each bid in an amount not less than five (5) percent of the Total Bid. All bidders are expected to cooperate in implementing the minority and women-owned business enterprise participation policy. The Campus MWBE Goals are 17% Minority and 13% Women. The Campus SDVOB goals are 6%. The State University of New York reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
