City of Santa Rosa (“City”) will accept sealed bids for its Pierson St Rehabilitation Project, City Contract No. C02540 (“Project”) before April 1, 2026, at 2:00 p.m., at its Transportation and Public Works office, located at 69 Stony Circle, Santa Rosa, California, at which time the bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. Bidders may attend the public opening in person. Project Information. Location and Description. The Project is located at Pierson St between 3rd St and the Santa Rosa Creek and is described as follows: The Pierson St Rehabilitation project will replace aging water, sewer, and storm drain along the residential roadway. The water and sewer replacements will include all laterals to each house. The existing compacted gravel areas adjacent to the roadway will be replaced with asphalt. Curb and gutter and sidewalk will be added to both sides of the street. 2.2 Time for Final Completion. The Project must be fully completed within 115 Working Days from the start date set forth in the Notice to Proceed. City anticipates that the Work will begin on or about May 2026, but the anticipated start date is provided solely for convenience and is neither certain nor binding.
