Renovation of a municipal facility in Santa Rosa, California. Working plans call for the renovation of a 9,000-square-foot municipal facility.
**The owner has determined a prequalified list of design build companies.** Sonoma County Public Infrastructure is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified design-build (DB) entities interested in providing Progressive Design-Build (PDB) services Scope of Work The proposed facility includes the following components: Approximately 9,000 square foot facility Two residential treatment wings (14 beds total) for youth ages 12-18 Separate outpatient treatment and counseling areas Commercial kitchen, shared support spaces, and therapy rooms ADA-compliant, all-gender restrooms and showers Outdoor therapy/play areas and related site improvements November 24, 2025 Proposers Questions Due by 5:00 p.m. December 2, 2025 Countys Responses to Questions Due Proposers will be required to submit any and all questions in writing per the schedule in order for staff to prepare written responses to all consultants. Written answers will be shared with all potential bidders through an addendum on the Countysand email notification. Questions should be sent via e-mail directly to SPI-Capital-Projects@sonoma-county.org. Questions will not be accepted by phone. Sonoma County reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or portions thereof if the County determines that it is in the best interest of the County to do so.
