The County of Sonoma is accepting bids for construction related to the Main Adult Detention Facility (MADF) Exterior ADA Barrier Removal, The work consists of construction involving ADA compliant parking and path of travel at 552 Russell Avenue, Santa Rosa, California. Bidders are required to have a California "A"- General Engineering or "B"-General Contractor's License. All contractors and subcontractors must be properly licensed for the work performed. Bidders must attend a mandatory pre-bid conference and site visit as a condition to bid. Bids must be submitted in hard copy, enclosed in a sealed envelope, and must include a completed Bid Form, Bid Security Forms, Proposed Subcontractors Form, Non-Collusion Affidavit, and acknowledgment of any addendums if issued. Electronic, faxed, or emailed submissions will not be accepted. Bidders must also be registered in the County's Supplier Portal to access documents and updates. Proposers must submit one (1) hard copy bid enclosed in a sealed envelope with the bid event number and bid project name clearly marked on the envelope. Bids must be received no later than the date and time specified. The official time for submission will be determined by the clock displayed on the lobby's monitor. The Bid Opening will be held in person at Sonoma County Public Infrastructure's office located at 400 Aviation Boulevard, Suite 100, Santa Rosa, CA 95403. The County will open all Bids promptly following the deadline for receiving Bids.
