Renovation of a municipal facility in Danville, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade municipal facility.
Montour County is soliciting sealed bids for the construction of the Montour County Administration Center HVAC Upgrades. Bids are being accepted for General/HVAC Construction prime contractors. Bid envelopes must be sealed and clearly marked with the project name and submitted by the deadline. Bidding documents can be obtained by contacting LeFevre Wilk Architects LLC, and only complete sets of documents will be issued. Addendums will be issued to registered bidders only. There is a non-refundable deposit for electronic documents. Each bid must include a certified check, bank draft, or a bid bond in an amount equal to ten percent of the total bid. Bidders must include a fully completed Non-Collusion Affidavit. The successful bidder must provide and pay for Performance Bond and Labor & Material Payment Bond, each for one hundred percent of the base bid, with the cost included in the base bid price. Sureties must be licensed in Pennsylvania. Bids may be held for up to 60 days for review and bidder qualification checks. Montour County reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive irregularities, or negotiate contract amounts. Attendance at the mandatory prebid conference is required, as it is the only site visit opportunity. Documents have to be purchased from the architect in order to bid. No questions or clarification will be accepted after 3:00pm Friday 28 November 2025
