Removal of the existing Emergency Power Diesel Generator and it's detached fuel tank at Jacobs Hall. Both pieces of equipment are located in the west basement mechanical room. The old generator will be replaced with a more efficient unit with a double walled attached fuel tank to meet secondary containment requirements. Estimated project duration is 365 calendar days. Southern Contracting Company Bid Security in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the Lump Sum Base Bid, excluding alternates, shall accompany each Bid.
