San Diego State University is seeking to identify and select a qualified firm to provide Bridge Resident Engineer and Inspection Services to assist in managing the Fenton Parkway Bridge project related to the Mission Valley campus, with the intent to award a single firm for the project. The successful firm must demonstrate competency in the required fields of expertise and confirm the availability of qualified personnel to perform the services in alignment with the project schedule. Services will be delivered under a stand-alone Service Agreement and will include construction management as Resident Engineer, inspections, coordination and management of materials testing, observations, coordination meetings, and consulting related to code requirements. The estimated project cost is around $30 million with an approximate duration of one year, but the contract term will be two years. The fee schedule for hourly rates will be fixed during the two-year term, and Prevailing Wage rates may apply. Firms must review and accept the terms of the California State University Professional Services Agreements, as modifications are not accepted for those documents. Project No: RD23000
