Sealed proposals are invited for furnishing all plant, equipment, transportation, tools, materials, labor, and skills necessary and incidental to perform all work described in the proposed contract documents for the Nebraska Department of Transportation District 06 North Platte WB Scale Replacement, NDOT project number: AFE I-075. The project involves the replacement of the NDOT weigh station truck scale, located approximately 1 mile east of North Platte on Interstate 80 west bound. All bids must be made on the official proposal forms included in the contract documents, submitted in a sealed envelope labeled appropriately. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified or cashier's check or a bid bond on AIA Form A310 in an amount equal to five percent of the bid. Bids may not be withdrawn for at least sixty days after the scheduled closing time. The State of Nebraska, Department of Transportation reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities and irregularities, and to make awards on bids which they determine to be in the best interests of the State.
