Site work for a sidewalk / parking lot in Princeton Junction, New Jersey. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade sidewalk / parking lot.
The work includes the furnishing of all labor, material and equipment necessary or required to complete all work as set forth in the contract documents. The Base Bid includes, but is not limited to, clearing site and mobilization, traffic control, concrete sidewalk replacement, concrete curb, ADA ramps, tree removal, signage, landscaping, site restoration, and all other incidentals appurtenant thereto as directed by the Engineer, in a neat, competent, and skilled manner. Quantities include but are not limited to approximately 711 SY of concrete sidewalk, 12 LF of concrete curb, and removal of 24 trees. Bids must be submitted on the prescribed form, in a sealed envelope marked with the project name. A bid deposit in the form of a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond made payable to the Township of West Windsor in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total bid, not to exceed $20,000.00, must accompany each proposal as security. The Township Council reserves the right to reject all proposals in whole or in part or to waive minor informalities as may be permitted by law. Bidders are required to comply with applicable New Jersey statutes.
