The work of the Contract is to provide Landscaping Services for Ridgewood Water Facilities in accordance with the requirements of Ridgewood Water, Ridgewood, New Jersey 07450, as needed and described in the contract specifications. Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes with the name of the bidder and the endorsement: BID responding to BID NO. 2025-013 - LANDSCAPING SERVICES FOR RIDGEWOOD WATER. Do Not Open Until November 19, 2025 at 11:30 AM, and must be accompanied by all required forms. Bids must include and be submitted on all required Forms in the Bid Package; no other forms will be accepted. Prices quoted must be net and exclusive of all Federal, State, and Local Sales and Excise Taxes. The Village of Ridgewood reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informality, or to accept a bid which, in its judgment, best serves the interest of the Village. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the date and time set for opening bids. Proposals submitted by Bidders and/or Bidder's Insurance Companies not chartered in the State of New Jersey must be accompanied by proper certificate(s) from the Secretary of State indicating authorization to do business in New Jersey. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of relevant New Jersey statutes and regulations regarding affirmative action and equal employment opportunity. No oral interpretation and/or clarification of the meaning of the Contract Documents will be made to any Bidder. Any interpretation or clarification requested by a Bidder shall be in writing, via email to Ridgewood Water at rwbids@ridgewoodnj.net. All interpretations, clarifications and any supplemental instructions issued by Ridgewood Water will be in the form of written Addenda to the Specifications, and will be distributed to all prospective Bidders. All Addenda so issued shall become part of the Specifications and Contract Documents, and shall be acknowledged by the Bidder in the Bid Packet.
