Site work for a parking garage in Fletcher, North Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade parking garage.
Sealed bids are invited for the RON Parking project at Asheville Regional Airport, Asheville, NC. All contractors and subcontractors must have appropriate state contractor's licenses for their trade and must be prequalified by the NCDOT, either as a bidder or prime, specific to the scope of work in the contract. Prime contractors must be prequalified by NCDOT as a prime. There are no requirements for Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE), Minority Business Enterprise (MBE), or Women Business Enterprise (WBE) participation. Bids submitted by contractors not meeting these licensing and qualification requirements at the time of bid opening may be considered nonresponsive. The Authority reserves the right to reject any and all bids not in compliance with its rules, regulations, and specifications related to this bid. If bids are unable to be opened on 12/9/2025, a second bid date and time is established with sealed bids being received until and not later than December 17, 2025, 11:00 a.m. Airport Administration Office, 134 Wright Brothers Way, Fletcher, NC 28732 Question Deadline 12/09/2025 at 3:00 PM ET All questions must be submitted before this time.
