Description

Site work and new construction of a library in Fletcher, North Carolina. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a library; and for site work for a library.

The overall project scope will be to construct a new library and will include designs that address all necessary building systems components including but not limited to HVAC, plumbing, electrical, structural, interior, and exterior finishes, and parking, associated with a yet to be finalized design criteria and scope. A part of the architectural scope will be the necessary programming with Henderson County, in order to provide a proposed design with cost estimates and schedules for approval. Although the exact cost for this project is yet to be determined, it is estimated to be 12-15 million dollars. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. Requests for proposals for design services is underway. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
