Sealed bids are invited for the 2026 Sunset Pool Joint Repairs Project. Bid submissions must be marked "Sealed Bid 2026 Sunset Pool Joint Repairs Project" and delivered to the specified Administrative Offices. Plans and specifications may be obtained at no cost from the specified address. All bids must be submitted using the provided proposal forms and must include cash, a certified bank draft, or a bond from an accredited surety company, payable to Geneva Park District, for an amount equal to 10% of the submitted bid. All work is subject to Park District rules and applicable prevailing wage requirements. Bids will remain valid for 60 days after opening. The Geneva Park District reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, in whole or in part, and to waive any informalities. Only proposals in compliance with the contract documents will be considered. Bids may be withdrawn or modified prior to opening with the appropriate executed document. No withdrawal is allowed for sixty days following the opening. The Park District encourages participation from small businesses, minority business enterprises, and womens business firms both as bidders and as subcontractors for supplies, equipment, services, and construction.
